I like fireworks. I
could write oodles of stuff on why I like them – but I think you’d all prefer
to just see the pictures. J
I took photos of a regular fireworks show on July 4th,
that would have been good, if I had gotten the focus right (my night vision is
shot, and I couldn’t use auto focus for technical reasons). Fortunately, I had bought a box of cheap
fireworks, and we set them off in the (well-watered!) front yard. I used a board with a large glass jar under
them (that you will see in some of the pictures) to get them up off the
ground. I was able to use a flashlight
before we started lighting them off to focus the camera. These came out awesome!
